Launched in 2019, Aggie Jumpstart was created to promote inclusive academic excellence and student success, increase retention and address the systemic barriers that many first generation, low-income and underserved students experience. The program provides students with greater access to advisors, leadership and service opportunities, which are incredibly impactful for student retention and creating a sense of community and belonging.

Donor engagement remains vital—gifts support staff coordination, student programming and leadership initiatives which help foster development and community building while empowering students through targeted and impactful programs.
