Academic planning is a fluid process, with various transitions from your first year to your last year. Below are some functions that may assist you with your planning process during your time at UC Davis.
Academic Planning

Students may add courses during Pass times, Open Registration, and Schedule Adjustment. - Forms and petitions

- General Education (GE) and Degree Requirements
GE3 is required for all students entering UC Davis in Fall 2011 and afterwards. - Graduation and Commencement
Students may file to graduate every academic quarter. Commencement ceremonies are held in fall and spring quarters annually. - Registering for classes
For students preparing to develop their first quarter schedule. - Returning to UC Davis
For students preparing to apply for readmission to the college after time away. - Simultaneous Enrollment
For those who qualify, students my opt to enroll at another college or university while taking classes at UC Davis. - Transfer of Credit
Students are able to transfer coursework from 2 and 4 year colleges and universities. Additional petitions may be required. - Undergrad Majors

Unit minimum and maximum requirements. - Withdrawing from university
Students may elect to leave the university for a period of time and opt to reapply at a later date.
